Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a Campaign Manager for Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) complaints and refunds. You will be required to manage all aspects of PPI communication across the business to set up, implement and execute a customer direct marketing campaign. The candidate should have experience supplier and stakeholder management. Complaint handling experience would be beneficial.A financial services background is essential. Candidates without this experience need not apply.
