Description
OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF ROLE
The role holder will assist the Head of Risk Management in monitoring risks and controls and action planning for outsourcing arrangements across Europe (telemarketing, customer services, data processing, fulfilment).
The role holder will conduct outsourcing assessments of all outsourcing arrangements, agree current state and manage action plans for issue resolution.
The role holder will advise management upon action and strategies appropriate to manage outsourcing services and to ensure the business is run in a compliant manner.
