Finance Change Manager required for a significant Finance Transformation Programme. My client is seeking to recruit a Finance Change Manager to lead a number of operational finance and organisational change initiatives as a result of the group wide Solvency II project. The successful candidate will be tasked with embedding these changes across the finance function, ensuring all tools, processes and supporting material is in place. To be considered for this role you must have a strong Insurance or Financial Services background matched with an understanding of complex finance change initiatives. Exposure to a Solvency II, actuarial change or Part VII transfer initiative would be highly advantageous. You must be capable of working at C-level, engaging & influencing senior stakeholders, whilst equally being perfectly able to work in a more hands on capacity creating and delivering change activities. Fully Qualified or Part Qualified Accountants would be preferable.
