An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile client, based in London. The Commercial Manager will support Commercial Procurement Manager and wider management team by providing functional Commercial support and advice to the delivery of a mobile voice and data communications service.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft commercial option and procurement strategy
- Develop and draft options analysis and develop coherent approach to procurement services
- Draft commercial case
- Create commercial schedules
Key Skills and Experiences:
- Demonstrable experience in a similar commercial management or support role within a large Public Sector organisation
- Experience of working in a commercial procurement team
- Experience of supporting the development of business strategy and policy
- Experience of managing documentation configuration and control
- Experience of quality assurance
- MCIPS qualification
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement
Candidates must have or be willing to undergo, security clearance to SC level. Candidates with experience of the procurement of voice and data communication services are highly desirable.
