First Line Support Analyst with good networking experience required for a monthly rolling contract based in Birmingham. Must have experience of working on a busy Helpdesk.
EXPERIENCE:
- First Line Support
- Resolving hardware and software issues
- Providing support via the phone, email and face-to-face
- Setting up and configuring user and system accounts
SKILLS:
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Microsoft Network Environment
- Mobile and Desktop Operating Systems
- ITIL processes and procedures
- ISO20000/ISO270001 processes and procedures
