Description
A market leading telecommunications company is looking to recruit a PA to a Department Head in Maidenhead.
The PA will be responsible for;
*Proactive diary and time management
*Email management and some action tracking
*Screen phone calls and messages and sort post
*Plan and manage the events for the team
*Arrange travel for clients as required using the online booking system
*Expense reporting, budget management and purchase orders
*General admin duties eg photocopying, organising meetings etc.
*Attending meetings and taking notes and actions
The successful candidate will have the following;
*Strong PA background at a senior level
*Excellent communication skills
*Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
*Be available for an immediate start
