Description
Technical Knowledge required:
Platform Based: Sun Solaris, Oracle IN, eServe UIP, Cisco Switches, Load Balancer, EMC Storage and Backup
Protocols & Specifications: SS7, Sigtran, TCP,IP, Diameter, Camel, SIP, SMTP, SNMP, OSC
Server: Knowledge of Sun Solaris and work on SUN T5220 SPARC Servers,
Knowledge of IBM AIX and work on IBM p650, p630, p550 and p570 Servers
Database: Oracle, SQL, Informix
Signalling: Diameter protocol and its application, Good concepts of CAP,INAP & SIP.
Job Description
Implement change request as per shift
Perform daily health check activities
Resolve customer complaint tickets on shift
Support Fault management
Create service request
Understand Oracle IN Components
