Description
Technical Knowledge required:
- Platform Based: Sun Solaris, Oracle IN, eServe UIP, Cisco Switches, Load Balancer, EMC Storage and Backup
- Protocols & Specifications: SS7, Sigtran, TCP,IP, Diameter, Camel, SIP, SMTP, SNMP, OSC
- Server: Knowledge of Sun Solaris and work on SUN T5220 SPARC Servers, Knowledge of IBM AIX and work on IBM p650, p630, p550 and p570 Servers
- Database: Oracle, SQL, Informix
- Signalling: Diameter protocol and its application, Good concepts of CAP,INAP & SIP.
Job Description
- Implement change request as per shift
- Perform daily health check activities
- Resolve customer complaint tickets on shift
- Support Fault management
- Create service request
- Understand Oracle IN Components
