We are urgently recruiting for a C# Technical Lead to join a world leading IT & Management Consultancies and work onsite at one of their clients, one of the major players in the insurance market. We are seeking a skilled and experience .NET Technical Lead to work closely with the client and take charge of the interpretation of requirements and creation of specifications as well as the coordinating of off-shore development resources, technical leadership and client liaison.

Our client is one of the world's largest and best renowned IT & Management consultancies, they are present in over 65 countries with over 100 offices and 120,000+ Consultants working across all technologies and disciplines in all markets, industries and disciplines.
Currently they are working closely with one of the world's best know Insurance companies, assisting them with various development projects for both Business Applications, Infrastructure Systems and websites.
Already managing a strong presence in several of their client's offices they are seeking to grow this consulting team with the hire of a skilled and experience C# Technical Lead who will take responsibility and charge for all of the below:
- Client Liaison and Interface.
- Requirement gathering.
- Providing solutions and suggestions.
- Specification writing.
- Application Desing
- Hands-on C#.Net Development
- Leading and Coordinating offshore development teams.
- Interfacing between client and company and taking a proactive part in the project.
The right person for us will be someone well versed in .NET/C#/ASP.NET Development that will be able to understand the client's needs; lead the development piece and mentor the more junior developers.
As such we require the following technical skill set:
- C#
- ASP.NET
- MS SQL Server
- Full Development Lifecycle
- Design of .NET Applications
- MS Developer Tools
- ADVANTAGEOUS: Knowledge/Experience of Insurance Industry.
As well as the above, the person right for this amazing opportunity will have strong communication skills and be able to interact with clients and stakeholders from junior to executive level.
