You will join a team responsible for VIP IT support. The customer base ranges from CEO's, Senior Management, to Investment teams.
The role is to provide a seamless resolution for any IT request or issue for the customer. The IT systems are outsourced to vendors and you will be the face between the customer and vendor. The role is highly technical, involves superior multitasking skills and has a strong focus on customer experience and process improvement.
You will be required to work within a team environment to build strong relationships with customers and external vendors, and provide an ongoing uplifted IT service.

- Solid experience in a Technical Desktop Support role
- Experience supporting VIPs/Executives
- Exceptional communication skills
- An true understanding of customer service and how to build a strong rapport with customers
- A desire to go above and beyond for customers
- Experience in helpdesk call logging. There is a strong focus on logging tickets, keeping them up to date and closing them in timely fashion.
- Microsoft Office 2010 skills
- Technical understanding of Windows XP
- Basic knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi Networks
- Active Directory
- Ability to explain technical details in an easy to understand language
