SAP Change Manager, Paris, 12 months
Amoria Bond are currently sourcing a Change Manager for a contract role based in France. Our client a global Pharmaceuitical company is currently undergoing a mulitude of project and looking for a change manager for a 6-12 month contract.
The purpose of the role is to develop a communication and change management program to support the mobilisation and sourcing activities of the Project and be responsible for the successful and timely completion of all communication and change management activities agreed within the communications and change plans.
The company is working within an SAP environment, which means the successful consultant should be very at ease with this ERP.
Core task and responsibilities
1.Develops detailed communication plans for the Project through mobilisation and sourcing including strategy, stakeholder analysis, messages, timing, media etc
2.Establishes and maintains the core communications messages with the input of the Project team, including updating as the Project develops and also in preparing more detailed communications for individual events
3.Develops detailed change management plans for the Project through mobilisation and sourcing including risk analysis, organisational alignment, Stakeholder management, cultural assessments, education, training and measurement as required
4.Manages implementation and integration of change and communication activities relating specifically to all Project activities in progressing the Global IT Sourcing
5.Manages all issues relating to communication and change management activities including supporting escalation to senior management
6.Works closely with any identified client representatives within Communications to coordinate schedules, messages, media etc as appropriate
7.Works closely with clients HR as appropriate to coordinate change management activities including any activities related to planning for transition and retention
8.Develops and assists in conducting any agreed "road show" events to communicate the specifics of the Mobilisation or Sourcing arrangements to key business Stakeholders and management on a global and regional basis.
The successful Change Manager should have experience of working across different time zones and a proven track record working with multicultural dimensions.
