The contract is with a consultancy to be on an assignment to a large Utilities company in Brussels. We are looking for an internal Service Delivery Manager in the domain of Workplace Management. The IT Workplace is the integrating platform for all IT applications and products towards the end-user throughout Europe. As we work with different parties, coordinating and motivating them towards results will be the main part of the assignment. The Service Delivery Manager works in the Workplace Management department. She/He is result driven, independent, people manager and multi tasker. The Service Desk and 2nd line Workplace support are outsourced. The Service Delivery Manager will be focused towards the monitoring of these services. Requires good Microsoft Office skills.

- Service Portfolio monitoring.
- Operational monitoring like
- Complaint follow up.
- Problem Management follow up.
- Quality Assurance of the service including
- User Satisfaction follow up.
- Continual Service Improvement follow up.
- Coordination of solutions.
- Getting things done from other parties.
