Description
A Project Manager with marketing experience who has a good understanding of Brand and Recruitment is required.
2-4 years' experience is required. Past experience within a large and complex multinational or large global agency with exposure to corporate companies.
Requirements:
* Somebody who is happy to be involved on small and large projects. Projects with tight timelines and turnaround deadlines.
* To be able to work with global teams and where information is not at hand to use initiative to ask questions to research independently.
* To support the Global Brand and Communication Advisor on extensive projects but also to manage independent ones.
* Good under pressure.
* Assertive and has great attention to detail.
* Requires patience and persistence working with a global team in various time-zones
Key areas of support and projects to be involved:
* Reviewing, managing and updating internal Intranet sites, creating innovative ways of teams to communicate and share information - working with in-house digital team
* To work on photographic library and be involved in commissioning new shoots to create additional and new photography globally. Working with country focal points to liaise and set up shoots in-country.
* To work with Global Brand and Communication advisor to review and develop new content and material for global use - working with internal teams and external agencies
* To commission film productions and interviews for videos for new initiatives being rolled out in 2013.
* To support with the creation on new branded material and work on project and communication plans implementing accordingly.
