IT Application Support (1st line)
Job description
For this role you need to handle all IT-Application 1st line alerts that pop-up on the screen. Either you fix them or send them on to the 2nd line. Also you need to be able to go on-call from time to time.
Job demands:
- HBO/WO (Bachelor) educated;
- Broad IT background;
- Background with 1st line IT Application support
- Experience with Unix, XML, Weblogic, interfaces and SOAP;
- Experience in English speaking environments.
