As a CIPD qualified HR Manager you will report into the Head of HR and will be responsible for providing a customer focused HR Service to internal stakeholders. You will understand the business objectives and goals and implement people and organisational strategies that support the achievement of these objectives. You will support the Head of HR in any change management, reward and integration activities whilst ensuring that effective workforce planning takes place across the business.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Ensuring that HR policies and procedures reflect current legislation and best practice
  • Responsibility for HR queries including resourcing, reward and benefits, employee relations and learning and development
  • Overall ownership of performance appraisal, management and improvement policies
  • Involvement in Immigration activities
  • Involvement in exciting EMEA wide projects and initiatives
  • Manage TUPE projects and ER issues as required

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Significant experience of interpretation and application of employment legislation and provision of accurate advice and guidance to team members
  • Strong ER experience, particularly within TUPE
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience at a similar level
  • The ability to build credible relationships with senior management
  • High energy, good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task; remaining focused under pressure
  • A high level of negotiation and influencing skills
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
