Description
A major retail bank is looking for a Resource Planning Analyst to join a large complex programme.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide Back Office support to two senior Resource Planning Managers responsible for building a complex Resource Model for a cross functional programme of work.
Suitable candidates must have/be:
*Experience of supporting Resource Management and workforce management functions for a major blue chip company, ideally within financial services.
*Previous experience workforce management tools, ideally Totalview.
*A strong background in Resource Planning and supporting complex Resource Plans
*Experience of Back Office and telephony functions resource planning, resource plan, resource analyst, support, workforce management, totalview, Back Office, telephony
