Description
A global pharmaceutical organisation requires a Project Controls Specialist to work in conjunction with the project team, based in China. You will be assisting with the implementation of programs and project.Key responsibilities will include:
-Typical duties include: planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs and projects, coordinating project activities, collaborating with project team members.
-Developing measurable project goals and objectives and monitoring the progress.
-You will also be preparing agendas for meetings, document key decisions. You will also be writing and disseminate work plans and project documents, including procedures, proposals, progress reports and presentations.
-People Management - driving the local team and contract companies to ensure that the project is delivered.
-The job-holder must be a highly self-motivated and energised individual with strong drive and reputation for on time deliver.
