SAP SD Consultant - Major Blue Chip - Antwerp, Belgium
Required Skills:
Excellent knowledge of the SAP SD module and knowledge of integration points with SAP MM, FI and CO modules.
Strong knowledge of Order to Cash process in particular and Supply Chain processes in general.
Ability to translate business requirements into SAP solution & specifying that solution in functional and technical design documents.
Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration.
Experience integrating/interfacing SAP with external systems.
Good level of English knowledge and communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Experience of working in project mode environment.
Experience with working in a virtual team
Experience with working in an international environment, with key users located across the region.
Familiar with formal change management and System Development Life Cycle.
SOX environment experience.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor or Master degree in information technology.
Minimum 5 years of SAP SD experience is required.
Job description:
Project team member in SD:
Evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional specification and technical design.
Perform hands-on configuration and instruct ABAP programmers.
Define unit testing scenario's and execute unit testing. Document test scripts and test evidence in testing tool (Quality center).
Make accurate estimations for enhancements.
Communicate with key users and business unit IT through all phases of the project to provide accurate status and projections.
Be accountable for on time and within budget delivery of the project.
