Currently our direct client who develop, construct and maintain offshore wind parks, are looking for experienced Yard Supervisors to oversee ops in Germany.Key responsibilities & tasks: The Yard Supervisor is responsible for the daily housekeeping on site and various tasks related to the operation of the site facilities

Reporting to Yard Supervisor and Deputy Site & commissioning project manager
Tasks
Site stock management - consumables for toilet, kitchen and similar
Daily housekeeping on site
Daily check of site vehicle
General site upkeep management
Site office delivery management
Provide a delivery & collection service to site
Management of crew boat fuelling
Waste management
Site spent waste oil management
Site office security
DIY
Call out duty - outside normal working hours
Management of Safety Equipment: PPE, Safety, Climbing gear etc.
Keep record of inventory
Keep track of the use of PPE equipment
Monitoring where needed whether life circle of PPE is exposed
Key decision powers
-Generate proposals for supplies to be purchased by Lead Site Secretary
-Generate proposals for new PPE equipment to be ordered by Site Management
Qualifications
-Basic Education: Preferred craftsman
-Special Technical Courses: None
-Special Safety Courses: Only for the site activities
-Work Life: 3-5 work on a Construction Site and local knowledge
