Site & commissioning project managerReporting to: EPC director
Overall role: Plan, manage and coordinate the site organisation and site activities, including construction and commissioning activities
Tasks
-Prepare Site management Fact Book/Site Budget and Resource Allocation Plan
-Implement the Site Manual, including organisation, roles and responsibilities and procedures
-Negotiate contracts and procurement according to Procurement Policy (Project Execution Plan)
-Require resources according to Resource Allocation Plan
-Ensure that documents and procedures are implemented and kept updated , including but not limited to; Site Management Manual, H&S plan, Environmental Plan, Lead Marine Coordinator Manual, Offshore Installation Manual, Onshore Installation Manual, Commissioning Manual, Material & Equipment Manual and other site required documents
-Implement a document management system, including a document register
-Implement vision, values, common goals and standards for the site organisation
-Managing the establishment of the site area and setting up of the site facilities
-Overall managing, planning and coordination of site organisation and activities
-Coordinate logistic, installation and commissioning activities, including a safe and structured transfer to O&M
-Implement procedures ensuring a structured handling of interfaces between project, site and contractors
-Implement a strategy and procedures for efficient On boarding
-Follow up on and revise budget, plans and time schedules for site organisation and activities
-Implement reporting and following-up procedures, including meeting structure
-Implement a stakeholder and communication plan
-Point of contact to local authorities, local communities and stakeholders
-Prepare and implement plan and routines for maintenance of site facilities, demobilisation and re-establishment of areas, including reuse for other projects
-Implement Lessons Learned and other relevant knowledge sharing processes to ensure implementation of good practice from other projects
Key decision powers
-Requests for hiring/dismissal of individuals in the site organisation
-Planning of day to day installation and commissioning sequence
-Budget
-Take over from contractors
Qualifications
-Years of documented experience within project, onshore and offshore construction management, preferable large scale wind farm projects
-Years of documented leadership experience
-Experience, knowledge and competence equivalent to PMI PMP
-Engineer with at least a bachelor degree
