Our client a leading financial services company is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Senior Business Analyst/Process Business Analyst to join their team based in the Sydney CBD office for a 6 month contract with possible extensions.If successful you will be working on a Large Compliance Program where your superannuation experience and strong influencing skills will be put to good use. Your responsibilities will include creating high level business requirements, process mapping, process design, running workshops and documenting requirements.To be considered for this role you will have:

  • Around 5 years+ in Business Analyst roles
  • Experience working in the Superannuation space
  • A background in Wealth Management and the ability to liaise with senior business stakeholders.
  • Experience gathering and writing business requirements, impact assessments, with outstanding documentation skills.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and present concepts and approaches/frameworks 
  • A proven ability to engage with all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to work with staff at all levels.
  • Contribute to and facilitate in a team based culture
  • Previous experience in an agile environment.
