Description
My large client based in Brussels is looking for a Customer Insight Analyst/Market Analyst to join their team for a 6 month contract.
The successful candidate will be required to translate customer feedback to formulate ideas regarding the 'voice of the customers', analyse this, and then create and implement an action plan.

- 5 years experience of quantitative market research
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Previous experience of Project Management
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
- Experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of the ICT market in Belgium
- Wed or retail employment background
