Our client is a globally renowned organisation in the scientific domain. At the beginning of 2009, the client implemented a content management system named Skribenta. Skribenta is an XML-based CMS that includes an XML editor, file storage, and document publishing in one system.
Within this team, they require a Configuration Manager & Information Architect to manage the system, put in place best practices for document structuring, ensure translations are managed correctly, and evaluate and advise on future development needs.
Responsibilities:
*Day-to-day management of Skribenta content management system.
*Develop a user manual covering the way the department creates documents in Skribenta.
*Coach system users on best practice for content structuring; enforce consistent content structure.
*Manage translations in Skribenta (export of material to be translated, import of translated material).
*Restructure existing documents to achieve a consistent document structure in the system.
Candidate profile:
*Minimum of 4 years' experience in this field. Degree level education is preferred.
*Framemaker
*XML
*Acrobat
*Ability to train/coach others
*Fluent English/Swedish is desired too.
