*Investments Product Development Manager*
An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a Major Financial Organisation of ours for a Investments Product Development Manager.
The overall purpose of the role is to assist in ensuring that:
Intermediary Sales Distribution have the appropriate capability, focus and activity to secure the required distribution of Investment products to achieve the overall business unit objectives and new business targets
Intermediary Sales Distribution and the business unit plans and activities are aligned and that agreed distribution strategies are implemented
Promotion of the full investment product range - ISAs, OEICs, Onshore and Offshore bonds without bias
Delivery of technical seminars and presentations covering UK personal and corporate tax, economic overviews, investment markets and portfolio construction
Working with team members to promote investment products internally and externally
Development of sales presentations for group and individual presentations
Technical support on UK taxation issues to the sales force
Investment support across product areas
Development and implementation of joint plans with distribution managers
Training sales teams on investment, taxation and portfolio construction
To demonstrate a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures that arise
