Description
A leading global IT Consultancy organisation based in Barcelona, Spain is recruiting for a CCT Consultant.
You as a CCT Consultant will be joining for a period of three months with the possibility of being extended.
All CCT candidates must have hands on experience with CCT domain, Genesys and Avaya.
The pay rate is down to hands on experience.
Essential skills:
- Around 8-10 years of experience in the CCT domain and work on Genesys 7.6 & above, Avaya 5.2 & above & NICE
- Consultancy experience of around 2-4 years and good understanding of CCT components like Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, WFM, Biz Intelligence, QM etc
- Solution design experience on Genesys
- Good comm skills and experience of handling UK based customers.
