Description
Job purpose:
- To support the delivery of product marketing communications. To ensure that literature, communications and online material is developed, delivered and managed within the appropriate timescales and by the appropriate resources in order to stay compliant and fit for purpose. All communications to carry a compelling message
- Drive the delivery of literature suite reviews of printed and electronic Elevate literature through the regulatory sign-off process; engaging key stakeholders and business remit to ensure all materials are complaint, customer focused and fit for purpose.
- Drive the delivery of customer communications mailings as required. These mailings are usually necessitated by changes in product terms and conditions. These terms and conditions changes must be communicated to the existing customer base in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with the business to deliver outputs. These outputs must communicate the appropriate information and messages to the recipient and must align with the information and messages in the printed and electronic Elevate literature.
- Assist in development of Marketing Executives in the team and direct the workload of the Marketing Executive on projects allocated by the line manager.
Skills and experience:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent eye for detail and accuracy in all literature and outputs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Detailed knowledge of Marketing literature review processes
- Ability to plan, manage & prioritise workloads
- Ability to analyse information (MI) Proficiency in MS Office packages
- Experience of working with external suppliers
