Description
Our Direct Client seeks a highly motivated, organized, systems engineer with minimum 5 years+ experience in VoIP telephony systems design, implementation, and support. Strong technical leadership is required to drive large scale system deployments throughout the organization.

- 6+ years Telephony experience
- 6+ years CMMi Level 3 experience
- 6+ years Cisco experience
- 4+ years Microsoft Exchange experience
- Hands on knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Unified Communications Manager (UCM)
- Understanding & experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a converged IP network
- Solid project management skills to lead multiple projects across diverse organizations; collaboration with peer IT teams
- Extremely effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system issues
- Design/Architect IP Telephony systems
- Familiarity with SIP integration techniques--carrier, cross systems, etc.
- Experience in providing contact center solutions (call routing, CTI, systems integration, etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office product set -- MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Project
