Industry leader is looking for an Operations Coordinator to play a key role in operational and support functions related to analytics projects within the Enterprise Analytics Group. The coordinator is ultimately responsible for internal stakeholder engagement for the Audience Manager Application and is ultimately responsible for assisting the Analysts and leadership in select daily operational needs related to the analytics projects. The Operations Coordinator will engage with stakeholders in various departments within the company and with selected clients based on the projects' needs and demands to facilitate successful project in-take, internal stakeholder and external client follow-up, and project documentation, coordination and implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with various internal stakeholders and external clients to facilitate successful analytics project execution.
  • Support day-to-day activities to include maintaining accurate documentation including process diagrams and providing visibility through Sharepoint of where clients are in the analytics development cycle, establishment and management of SLAs, maintaining client contract files and communicating status of clients' projects to them.
  • Coordinate meetings with peer stakeholders and execute presentations for rolling out processes and procedures. Track new ideas and opportunities to execute through the work in-take process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in a Project Coordinator or Operations Coordinator role or 2 summer internships in corporate environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Vision. Mid-level Excel skills are highly desired.
  • Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to multi-task
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities with high attention to detail, organization, and processes
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
  • Articulate, with excellent writing ability and strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired
