Description Role Purpose:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced and results driven marketing professional to lead the partner marketing team at a fantastic well known brand in Bristol. This position will involve building and executing all consumer marketing communications and campaigns through partners across a wide range of industries and leading brands; including financial services, motor manufacturing, retail, travel and utilities.

This is an exciting time to join the company, as they continue to grow and develop our membership base. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver integrated B2C communications campaigns in line with the partner annual marketing plans
Deliver marketing plans against acquisition revenue targets via effective campaign management
Work with Insight and Propositions to build segmented and targeted campaigns
Review all customer communications/campaigns to ensure continued effectiveness and make recommendations to drive improvements and efficiencies
Effectively manage creative and print suppliers to deliver compelling communications, maximising ROI
Manage a high-performing communications consultant
Budget control to manage cost per acquisition within agreed budget levels and drive cost efficiencies
Ensure all communications are on-brand, compliant and approved by legal
Monitor and report on competitor and market activity to understand and implement best practice and innovation

Skills/Skills/Experience:
End to end btl integrated campaign and communications management experience.
Experience of direct marketing, data- and customer management.
Ideally gained within a high-profile consumer services brand.
Line management experience.
Strong team player with experience of developing high performing, multi-stakeholder relationships.
Creative and analytical mind with sound financial acumen/commercial awareness.
Results driven proven ability to make things happen.

Qualifications/FSA Preferred:
Degree plus marketing qualifications (eg CIM or IDM)
