The right candidate will work within the Credit Operations department. You will be responsible for the documentation of new lending cases assigned to them, following receipt of credit sanction.
You will be involved with the preparation of facility and security documentation in accordance with credit sanction terms.
The right candidate will need to understand the end to end credit process, this is vital for this position.
Key tasks:
- Preparation of facility and security documentation in line with terms of sanction
- The document receipt management receipt and validation of returned Credit Agreement documents (inc. safe to lend checks and pre-drawdown checks and the setup of these on the required system before drawdown is completed.
- Internal and External liaison with clients
- Conditions Precedent Execution
- Ensuring all Security is fully perfected and continual monitoring of quality and level of security ensuring policy's are met at all times
- Exception Management/Complex Issue Resolution
You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to global internal and external standards of client service, risk, compliance an legal.
You must have extensive knowledge of credit products in the corporate, personal and high net worth sectors and familiarity with banking and accounting systems. The right candidate will have strong client focused skills and excellent relationship building skills.
Strong computer skills especially in MS Excel and MS Access will be essential for this role.
