Role: SFDC - Business AnalystLocation: Nieuw Vennep, The Netherlands
Duration: 3-6 months+
Skillset:
- Knowledge of SFDC/SAP Integration, ideally with experience in at least one full project cycle to implement complex data integration. implementation roles for different project which have significant SAP/SFDC two way integration. Note that experience with other ERP platform integration may also be considered if SAP skills are not available.
- Experience in SFDC Support Module Implementation would be nice to have, but not essential.
- Certified SFDC developer with multiple complete project cycles.
- Self starter; strong client facing skills
- Client management skills:
a. Excellent documentation skills, and attention to detail.
b. Strong presentation skills
c. Ability to plan, schedule, lead and manage meetings involving senior client and third party teams
Purpose of role:
- To support the integration between SAP CRM and SFDC as part of the Gaudi CRM Programme.
- The SFDC lead analyst on the Gaudi CRM SAP Customer Service solution design, build and test activities.
- Work will be as part of the SAP CRM CS team.
- Business analysis, working closely to understand and assess the implications for the Gaudi CRM SFDC solution, and related documentation
- For technical integration design, reporting from an SFDC perspective, to Technical Lead
- For purposes of detailed design, documentation, configuration, and any testing activities, working at the direction of the project manager
