Customer Service Support Analyst/Helpdesk Technician with some proven IT Customer Service and Administration skills is required for this 1st Line Service Desk role with one of our global clients. Applicants wishing to apply must have some commercial experience of having worked within a helpdesk, service desk, customer service desk or low level IT technical support role to qualify for this role. The successful applicant will be providing 2 main areas of cover: 70% project administration with field engineer coordination and 30% 1st line technical IT support on bespoke IT applications, therefore full training will be given. Applicants should have a confident and outgoing can do' personality coupled with a genuine desire to build a career within IT and/or customer services. Applicants should also be well organised and have a good grasp of general Microsoft Office in order to perform most administration tasks quickly and accurately. Please note that applicants must have a car and must be able to drive in order to get to this site which is located outside of Dublin away from main transport links.
