Skills:
- You should have around 8-10 years of experience in the CCT domain and work on Genesys 7.6 & above, Avaya 5.2 & above & NICE
- You should also have Consultancy experience of around 2-4 years and good understanding of CCT components like Inbound, Outbound, Reporting, WFM, Biz Intelligence, QM etc.
- Solution design experience on Genesys
- Good communication skills and experience of handling UK based customers.
