Regional SAP Training Specialist
Roles and responsibilities
- Manage SAP related training activities and deliverables that are in line with the functional requirements and finance business processes in place on a regional level
- Develop regional training contents and materials in English in support of local implementation and customization in partnership with the local change management teams
- Build and sustain uPerform platform as documentation center and training platform
- Capture SAP FiCo functionalities changes requiring new or additional trainings and integrate them into the regional training materials and environment
- Be responsible for training the local trainers on SAP and keep them up to date when changes occur within the SAP environment so they can cascade the learning down into their respective organizations
- Ensure PMO standards and methods are utilized, including use of QA standard methods and tools
Profile
General skills
- Consulting skills, business knowledge in Finance, SAP solution and training expertise
- At least 6-10 years of experience and knowledge in implementing SAP applications and/or training SAP users
- International implementation experience, in multi-country/multi-language roll-outs, based on global template is a plus
- Experience in developing training content and materials
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Requires strong analytical skills and creativity
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong didactical skills

- Cross cultural awareness
Technical/Functional expertise
- Knowledge of QA processes and Training methodologies
- Experience Master Data Set-Up and Maintenance
- Expertise in SAP ECC
- Specific SAP FiCo module knowledge and expertise is a plus
- Training tools, including Solution Manager, SPP/U-perform, SAP Quality Centre (HP) and should have used it for implementation
- Extensive experience in creating Training Approach/material and tactics, tools, metrics and reporting
