Description
Circuiting Engineer needed to work in contract positions based in Hemel Hempstead for a world leading telecommunications company.Planning and creation of network configuration data and connectivity to vendors/Operations in agreed time frames and to agreed standard.
Analyses requirements and plans circuit routes, identifying and requesting details as appropriate
Quality checks of all data/connectivity and information prepared before issue to the vendor to ensure that network errors are kept to a minimum.
Essential and Desirable:
Has experience in a customer facing engineering/technician role.
Has experience of network/circuit configuration (preferably for a Telecoms provider).
3G essential, 2G Good understanding of ATM/SDH/PDH/technology.
Ideally working knowledge of CLI Manager.
