Senior Contract Specialist required For Immediate Start For Prestigious Client In Saudi Arabia.
An Excellent Package is On Offer For The Right Candidate That Will Be Able To Demonstrate The Following:
- BS/BA degree in degree in contract administration, public administration, business management or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
- Experienced desired in contract development for engagement of SAP Systems Integrator, SAP professional services and SAP application maintenance support.
- Experienced desired in contract' development for manpower suppliers or outsource of SAP technical and functional manpower.
- Knowledge of contract law and its application in the purchasing process is required.
- Knowledge of commercial business and industrial practices (eg, commercial subcontracting, procurement of raw materials, manpower supplier, and costing techniques) related to the items procured sufficient to analyze cost breakdowns and contract proposals.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate audit reports, regulations, and other relevant material as a basis for developing and implementing guidance and procedures.
- Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions, and understanding of legal terminology.
- Knowledgeable of Contract documentation and hierarchy of documentation.
- Capacity to translate technical and specifications into functional legal terms and conditions
- Proficient in contract development, contract standards and language review modifications, extensions and contract closeout documents.
- Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) or Certified Public Purchasing Officer (C.P.P.O.) preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code and familiarity with Saudi government regulations is required.
YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in the procurement/contract field particularly in manpower supply and service level agreements. Preference will be given to a qualified Saudi National.
