Skills needed:
- Sharepoint branding and customization, master pages, page layouts, content types, publishing management.
- Sharepoint development, web parts, features, site definitions, site templates, list definitions, content types, field types, filed controls, delegate controls.
- Web application development, .NET application development, Asp.NET, C#, XML, XSLT, Javascript/Jquery, Silverlight.
- SQL Server Back End (expert).
- Entity framework.
- Workflows (Nintex).
- Infopath.
