Client in the Sandy Springs area seeks an experienced Security Analyst for a 3 month contract. There is opportunity for extension and possible conversion for the right candidate. As a Security Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of information systems assets and protecting systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. General responsibilities include executing security controls to prevent system infiltration, maintaining security systems and administering security policies to control system access and providing status reports to developer security risk analysis and response procedures. Intrusion Detection and Incident Response experience is key.
Looking for candidates with 5-7 years of IT security experience, client Proxy Server experience and knowledge of network and security technologies. Prefer a 4 year degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience. Highly desired experience includes Trend Micro, Trend DLP and Deep Security, Cisco ScanSafe Proxy, Bit7 and Sourcefire experience.
Extensive background check and drug screening is required.
