Service Desk Support with SAP & Lotus Notes

Location: Cary, NC (Need Local to North Carolina)

Duration: Long Term

Rate: Market Rate

Shift time: 6am -2 pm or 2-10pm (rotational shift)

Candidates must have demonstrated use of Active Directory.

Being able to set up online user accounts with windows.

Must have:

  • Active Directory
  • Desktop experience with Windows 7, Windows XP
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experienced in Networking Troubleshooting
  • Must possessive excellent soft skills - oral and written
  • SAP
  • Lotus Notes

Would like:

  • A+ Certification
  • AS 400
