Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant
Next Generation are looking for CC&B (customer care and billing) candidates with functional experience in billing, credit and collections, customer contact. CC&B experience if not in Oracle can be in other applications and industry can be telecoms and or utilities and or consulting putting these systems into different sites. This is a greenfield site and this is seriously cutting edge work! The successful candidate must have prior implementation experience of Oracle CC&B/SPL CC&B or data management (MDM).

Desired Skills & Experience
Demonstrates thorough knowledge and broad subject matter expertise with Oracle applications (CC&B, ETM), assisting with technical efforts including development, designing, implementing and supporting business processes in an Oracle environment, which includes the following:
*Leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources
*Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Oracle solutions, including specialty areas such as RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) design and development or Oracle Applications DBA.
- Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge with managing CIS Enterprise environments across Development, Staging and Production stages; the planning and execution of Data Migration and environment upgrades; CC&B Batch Architecture setup, creation, execution and monitoring of Batch Runs, including the following:
*CC&B Custom Code Drops, Patches and Service Packs on multiple environments.
*CC&B Production Environment Performance tuning and analysis
*Security Architecture and Implementation of LDAP/Active Directory for authentication and authorization -Management of training sessions, including planning and conducting knowledge transfers
*Development of project guidelines for CC&B technical activities, such as environment management, database refresh, batch run, code drop and patch deployment, et al.
