Here is your opportunity to be part of a major Infrastructure project. You will be working alongside senior networking staff to provide all round network administration and support.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful applicant working closely with the Senior Engineers to assist with the post implementation of the Network infrastructure. You will play a key role in the improvement of the delivery of the network to the business. This is a long term and major notwork infrastructure project.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of installing and configuring Switches and Routers, preferable Cisco Switches and Routers however if you have exposure to other manufactures this will be considered
- Experience of conducting hardware audits (Physical and logical) and data cabling reviews (copper and fibre)
- Experience of producing technical documentation to a detailed level
- Experience of being part of either a network refresh or transformation project/initiative and performed the activities above
- Must be a self-starter and be prepared to work within a structured environment
- Experience of working within an environment which has a structured change control process
- Must be willing to work evenings/nights/weekends if required
