Description
Our client is an Industry leader within Banking and Financial Services, they have a new position that has been created working across the banking division of the organisation.We have an initial 12 month contract role based in the Sydney CBD, with extensions a very high likelihood. You will be working across multiple business groups and providing change initiatives that will cover strategy, communications, training and process improvement.
Requirements;
- 5+ years Organisational Change Management experience
- Banking and Finance experience
- Payments experience highly preferable
- Experience developing and delivering training material
