Corporate Trust Analyst - Deal Model - On-Boarding - Financial Models
A leading financial service organisation is looking for a Corporate Trust Analyst to be primarily responsible for running and/or maintaining financial models, deals using proprietary systems on an on-going basis. Additional as the Corporate Trust Analyst you will be responsible for providing support to resolve deal specific issues related to the deal model or on-boarding and escalating appropriately, and developing deal specific models, reports, and user tools using in house systems and other supported applications.
The Corporate Trust Analytics Specialist must have the following:
- Ability to comprehend, interpret and analyze legal documents on complex financial structures.
- Knowledge PC desktop tools such as MS Access and Excel
- The ability to communicate effectively with others. There is a high degree of interactions with staff members, business partners and other internal teams.
- HS diploma and/or equivalent and/or related work experience.
- Degree qualified preferred. 0-3 years. 0-3 years in a financial services environment preferred.
