Senior Data Analyst - Halifax - Credit Risk - Up to £450 per day

A leading UK retail bank requires a Senior Business Analyst/Data Analyst to join a Credit Risk programme based in Halifax.
Your role will be to assess the impact of a new overdraft proposition on credit risk strategies and impairment.
Key deliverables will include:
- Restate the impairment charge and write offs observed based on new proposition
- Assess the risk lending landscape to size the project opportunity
- Model the impact on lending, unplanned/within limits, and risk strategies
- Build loss forecasts to NPV models
- Assess impact of proposition on collections strategy
To be considered you will be an experienced Analyst with knowledge and experience within Credit Risk. Advanced SAS and SQL skills are a must. Impairment experience and previous Credit Risk Modelling experience would be highly advantageous.
