Overall Mission:
Develop and implement marketing plans to drive profitable growth of our multi-million turnover Detection, Hearing Protection & Communication Portfolios for the UK and Ireland
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Develop, drive and creatively implement the Hearing Conservation marketing plans to maintain our leadership in hearing protection
-Own profitability of the portfolios and manage product mix and pricing accordingly
-Develop and implement marketing campaigns for end-users and distributors
-Develop relationships with relevant European and International Marketers at senior levels to optimise the development and execution of the marketing plan
Skills & Experience
-Previous experience of full product portfolio and mix management
-Experience of marketing products sold through safety/industrial channels would be advantageous
-Strong project management and planning skills, and the ability to think and act strategically
-The ability to work autonomously and at a cross functional level
-Ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels
