For one of our international end clients we are looking for a service desk supervisor

Duration: 6 months
Location: The Hague
Rate: 45

Work on first line issue solving for the financial consilidation systems. Solve as many functional queries as possible. Work on ticket handling and assigning tickets to Second Line if needed. Lead the first line support (3 FTE) from a work planning perspective.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Be part of the current competence center. Focus on firstline issues including financial related questions.
Management of the workload of the first line team.
Ownership of ticket and drive towards quick solutions.

Mandatory skill set
ERP experience/knowledge, preferably SAP.
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
