For one of our international end clients we are looking for a Sharepoint Aftercare specialist

Start: ASAP
Duration: 15 months
Location: The Hague
Rate: 60-65

The SharePoint Aftercare Specialist will provide one-on-one technical support for SharePoint 2007 site owners who have migrated to SharePoint 2010 in the following areas:
Permissions setup
Navigation
Custom metadata setup
Records management
Connecting to Livelink and share drive data
Repair workflows, broken links, content types, site configuration

Skills required:
Subject matter expertise in functional use and site configuration of SharePoint 2010 site collections
Three years in a SharePoint technical support role
Ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and recommendations, both oral and written, at a level consistent with the audience
Apply analytical skills to assess situations and issues, identify options, draw logical conclusions and sound inferences, recommend practical courses of action using innovation and good judgment
Good listening skills and ability to explain in a clear and concise way
Working and interacting with global team by adapting to work schedules and style.
Effective English and fluent language communication skills, both verbally and writing

Proficient in the use of software such as MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and strong general computing skills in a Microsoft Windows environment

Education and Certifications:
Bachelors Degree in computer science or related field, Diploma in Computer Science, or equivalent combination of formal training
Microsoft SharePoint Certification (such as MCTS or MCITP) is a plus
