An excellent opportunity has arisen in Belgium for a Configuration/Release Management Coach for an extendable 6 Month period. What better setting than the beautiful city of Brussels in which to thrive in your role as team coach?!
You will be part of a team of Coaches dedicated to deploying a brand new process of corporate release management and configuration management. Using implementation reports to track progress you will have agreed sessions with your coached person. The coaching method in use is AAA (Act, Assist, Asnwer) and so practical experience in Change Configuration Management is required.
