Change Manager

Experience - Candidates will normally have the following:

Must have:
Change Management or related Project Management experience with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions
Process modelling through the use of analytical tools and structured analytical techniques
Understanding of Project Management Frameworks, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle planning
Detailed practical experience of test stage design, planning and execution, this to include User Acceptance Testing.
Proven experience of managing business testing through a full project life cycle.
Proven experience of managing and delivering large-scale (>6 months duration) complex projects and/or programmes to time, cost and quality with limited supervision
Up to date knowledge of industry testing methods and techniques.
Functional knowledge of Business Operations and related Technology.
Experience of a range of project types and business areas.
Detailed practical experience of the use of tools for test management and test automation.
Appreciation of all levels of testing, and an understanding experience of strategic testing principles.
Experience of resource and financial planning and reporting.

Nice to have:
Can demonstrate numeracy skills in relation to analysis
Good communications skills and the ability to understand conceptual ideas and how they translate into meaningful solutions
Good  PC skills including the ability to use PowerPoint and other applications to produce complex reports, spreadsheets and presentations to an excellent quality, suitable for the audience
Ability to work in partnership with the business areas and Change Managers to manage effectively the links with operations, project staff and other programmes
Ability to manage own workload by prioritising activities, balancing conflicting demands and working on own initiative
Requirement to travel may feature

Technical Knowledge:
In depth knowledge and proven application of Project Management methodology and full project life cycle including documentation standards, risk, change controls, quality frameworks and compliance. Will ensure that own knowledge is up to date and is reflective of best practice.
Experienced in workshop facilitation, business analysis and process design.
Knowledge of banking products and terminology.
Demonstrable knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
Excellent understanding of all levels of testing and applying the relevant integrity to the process.
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications.
