Description
Link Technologies is looking for an Organizational Change Management Resource for a contract assignment with our client located in Calgary, Canada.
Requirements:
- Design for and evaluate organizational readiness; accountable for assessment, development and delivery of tools/techniques, resulting reports and solution design.
- Design and apply audience mapping and analysis to focus respective stakeholder/user needs; evaluate the degree(s) of respective change as relates to maturing the client organization.
- Perform and document impact analysis by audience; translate analysis findings into appropriate OCM plans.
- Identify organizational risks per review of process and change impact analysis findings; translate risks per audience and identify mitigation actions in OCM strategy and related workplans.
- Define critical success factors and performance metrics; collaborate with technology and operational teams to define future state performance, define gaps per audiences, build performance improvement requirements into change plans/training and develop ongoing performance support recommendations.
- Design, develop and deliver organizational change strategy and associated plans, including measurement criteria.
- Guide leadership alignment and teaming; build, manage and maintain relationships across the requisite client community.
- Lead communication strategy design, comprehensive communication planning, communication management and executive communication coaching; ensure that communication strategies/plans reflect comprehensive, audience-based marketing and knowledge transfer for people, process and technology.
- Build user-advocacy and change agency structure to facilitate stakeholder/user adaptation and willingness to change.
- Demonstrate training expertise for technical and operational transformations; utilize instructional design-based training life cycle processes.
- Integrate business process outcomes (technology and operational) with organization change activities to create a holistic and realistic business solution.
- Define and lead an OCM workstream; create associated workplans and meet deliverable deadlines; collaborate with program management to ensure that OCM supports the broader transformation planning.
Qualifications:
- Formal education in Organizational Change Management design, development and implementation. Prosci methodologies background a plus.
- Experience with ITIL v3 concepts is desired.
- Self-starter; works well with minimal supervision; able to drive the OCM workplan.
- Excellent writing skills, presentation skills and communication delivery skills/etiquette, as well as communication coaching, are required.
- Instructional System Design (ISD) or equivalent training design, development and delivery experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office product suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft Project experience a plus.
- SharePoint experience a plus.
